If the idea of a classic Porsche 911 owned by a notorious petrolhead with ice-cool charm registers interest in your special parts, you better sit down.
A Porsche 911 previously owned by Steve McQueen - that's Mr to you - is going up for auction this summer.
The booger-green Porsche featured in 1971 classic race-flick Le Mans; more specifically, in the opening five minutes where it's treated to a long, softly-lit montage set to soft-music which verges on automotive rumpy-pumpy.
McQueen used the green 911S while shooting Le Mans and decided it ticked his boxes so much, that he added it to his rather delectable collection of personal machinery.
The 1970 Porsche comes with air con, a "full complement" of factory options and is offered in damn-near factory fresh original condition.
Want it? It's going up for grabs at RM's annual Monterey sale in California, held between 19-20 August this year. Make it happen.
